We are sorry, but we have to take care of some practical business here. We need you to read, understand, and agree to the mileage charges information listed here. Milage is based on our round trip from the office, so if the requested property is located 25 miles from our office this will equate to a total of 50 miles. All of our assignments are given a total of 60 miles at no cost, based again from the office location and not our previous assignment. After this pool of miles has been depleted, a charge of $0.85/mile will be added and must be paid before the final assignment will be delivered. To ease the process payment process the milage charges will be added to the final invoice, as well as being presented as a separate line item to keep the invoice detailed.
